Strategies, tools and resources that work!

The teaching of Chinese to children from non-Chinese speaking families is a relatively new discipline in Hong Kong schools and there is a serious lack of suitable resources. 

At CALHK we want to highlight teaching strategies, learning tools and other resources that genuinely support our children's study of Chinese.

We hope to provide a platform where ideas can be exchanged and teachers be inspired.


We hope to prompt academic research which will give us evidence based teaching strategies, tools and resources , which can be implemented across all schools accepting CAL students.
